Wearresist carries out critical repair of Cement Mill Girth Gear at Ambuja Cement -  Ropar, Punjab having 36 cracks. 

Complete procedure of gouging, preheating, welding with XL-LH and XL-HTS(NM) alloys was carried out by WRTPL technicians.

This was done in arduous conditions of freezing cold in North India and with 24 x 7 work schedule to full satisfaction of customer.  Insitu stress relieving was done using induction heating.
